“What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?”

Delivery charges are based on shipping location and weight of physical products.

“Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?”

We accept most major credit cards and all of our payments are processed through Paypal for a safe and secure transaction.

“How long will delivery take?”

    • US-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 24-48 hours for your convenience.
    • US standard shipping can take anywhere from 2 – 4 days depending on your location.
    • We ship Only within the Continental United States at this moment. However, we can forward products and merchandise to any Valid US Address or Shipping Center for International Orders.

Express shipments are available upon request. LA Print and Design will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the shipment of goods or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay. All shipments are F.O.B. from the origin ship point.

“How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?”

Yes, our encryption software helps keep your online transactions guarded from start to finish.

“What exactly happens after ordering?”

After your order is placed we provide you with more information, digital proofs or mock ups of your design to get your approval and move to printing or shipping out your order.

“Do I receive an invoice for my order?”

Yes. Once your order is placed Paypal will email you the order information.
