The image on your left is the 4 Sided Tablecloth Template we use to place your Logos.

You have the front, right, and left sides to print as options.

You can print all over, however, we recommend printing your logo placed on the front, left, and right sides for your logo to be easily recognizable from far away.

The front section labeled Logo/ Important Info Area will be your maximum visibility.

The printing is permanent and will last for 5+ years with the proper care. You can wash and dry your printed tablecloth just like any polyester item and your logo will not fade, crack, peel or wash off.

Other online vendors will charge you based on the amount of color you can print on the tablecloth, however, we start with a white blank sheet of polyester fabric and apply sublimation print.

With sublimation print, we are able to print any color combination your logo may have and can print the background color of the custom Tablecloth whatever color you choose for one flat rate.

Email us your logo or graphics in a PDF file with a CMYK color setting and we can match the same color scheme for a full sublimation print.

We set your printed tablecloth up at no added charge for Free and check your files to make sure we print at the best high res quality.

If you happen to have low res files we may be able to vectorize your logo or image that you wish to print, to find out more about this process you can email us at info@laprintanddesign.com and ask to check your image files for best printing resolution.

When your images are in Vector format we can have a mock-up sample of your Tradeshow Tablecloth within 24 hours. After we have your logo set up we will email you the mock-up to get your approval to print.

Once we have your approval we go straight to print and begin on your custom tablecloth right away to ship out the next day.

A permanent dye is printed on to a large sheet of transfer paper which is then laid on top of a thick 8.8 oz Polyester Fabric which is then transferred by applying extreme heat and pressure to bond the ink with fabric permanently.

This is also known as Dye Sublimation Process, a permanent way to apply ink onto the polyester surface. Durable for many events throughout the year, your images and graphics remain looking sharp and clean.

We Check all Design Files Before Printing and give you a heads up if your graphics or logo need to be adjusted. To avoid any delays in the printing process we recommend downloading this Table Cover Template.
